Journal History

• Jurnal Bidan Cerdas Volume 1 Issue 1 published in December 2018 on initiation of Dr. I Putu Suiraoka. The Jurnal Bidan Cerdas used the OJS 2 journal management platform.
• Vol 1 issue. 2: April 2019 experienced a change in the template with addition of sirahan (Heading) title and the history of the article on the first page.
• Vol 1 issue. 3: August 2019 it experienced another template change by adding an Indonesian abstract;
• 28 November 2019, the Jurnal Bidan Cerdas collaborated with the Indonesian Midwives Association (P.P.I.B.I) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU's follow-up was that there were PP IBI members becoming reviewers and editors of the Jurnal Bidan Cerdas.
• At the end of February 2020, the Jurnal Bidan Cerdas website’s experienced a problem that caused the entire database lost. This problem was later resolved by replacing the journal management platform with OJS 3. This problem led to the delayed in the publication of Vol. 2 Issue 2, April 2020, the delay was almost one month. This volume was published on May 27, 2020.
• Vol. 2 issue 3: August 2020 added a license, copyright, and DOI to the article.
