Hubungan Kejadian Stunting dengan Perkembangan Anak Usia 6-23 Bulan

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius di Indonesia yang berdampak tidak hanya pada pertumbuhan linear tetapi juga pada perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kejadian stunting dengan perkembangan anak usia 6-23 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskemas Taraweang Kecamatan Labakkang Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 responden berusia 6-23 bulan yang ditentukan dengan metode proportional random sampling. Stunting diukur berdasarkan nilai Z-score Panjang Badan berdasarkan Umur (PB/U) kurang dari -2 SD dan pengukuran perkembangan menggunakan kuesioner pra skining perkembangan (KPSP). Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian stunting sebesar 36,1%. Stunting lebih banyak pada laki-laki (38,5%) dan meningkat sesuai kategori pertambahan umur 6-11, 12-17 dan 18-23 bulan berturut turut 25.0%, 36,4% dan 46.2%. Perkembangan anak dalam kategori meragukan sebesar 40,3%. Berdasarkan analisis menunjukkan hubungan antara kejadian stunting dengan perkembangan anak dengan nilai p-value 0.012 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah stunting berhubungan dengan hambatan perkembangan anak usia 6-23 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Taraweang, Kabupaten Pangkep
