Supervisi Kepatuhan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri oleh Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin

Perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang lebih banyak kontak langsung dengan pasien oleh karena itu kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri sangat berpengaruh pada penularan penyakit. Faktor pengetahuan, fasilitas dan supervisi dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri di RS Pertamina Bintang Amin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah perawat dan supervisi di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung. Analisis data menggunakan analisa isi yang dimulai dengan cara mengatur urutan data dengan mengorganisir data yang telah terkumpul dari hasil wawancara mendalam serta foto yang diambil sebagai bahan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa sebagian besar informan sudah baik dalam pengetahuan yang meliputi persepsi dan sikap. Fasilitas APD yang disediakan oleh Rumah Sakit sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Peran supervisi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengawasi perawat dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Kepatuhan dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri sebagian besar sudah baik dan sesuai dengan SOP yang ada di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin.
