The implementation of sanitation clinics at the Palapa Health Center has not been carried out optimally which is one of the causes of the environmental-based disease rate being the highest. A sanitation clinic that integrates preventive, promotive and curative services is effective in reducing the number of these diseases, therefore this community service activity is carried out. This activity aimed to optimize the function of the sanitation clinic through internal and external services at the Palapa Health Center in Bandar Lampung. The method of implementing community service uses the Planning Health Promotion approach, namely activities carried out by identifying problems, making logic models of behavior change by identifying problems through sanitation clinic activities in the building, conducting program planning by conducting visits to foster homes using an outdoor sanitation clinic approach, problem-based intervention and activity evaluation. The results of the activity illustrate that the sanitation clinic can run optimally and improve its function as seen from the number of visits that receive sanitation clinic services in the building. The head of the puskesmas, sanitarians and the community in the working area of the Palapa Health Center also welcomed this activity. The implications of the activity include increasing the function of the puskesmas as a pillar of primary care and increasing student skills to contribute to efforts to improve the environment in the community. In order for this activity to be sustainable, cadres as part of the community need to be trained.
