Gambaran Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hipertensi dalam Kehamilan pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III

Sekitar 12% dari kematian ibu di seluruh dunia disebabkan oleh hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Ibu hamil yang mengalami HDK di Puskesmas Mapane meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 1,6%, tahun 2017 menjadi 2,18% dan semakin meningkat pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 2,3%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan pada ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mapane. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada April-Mei 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu Hamil trimester III yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mapane. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik consequtive sampling yaitu semua subjek yang datang dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian akan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan sebanyak 2 responden (5.1%). Kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan pada kelompok umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 6,7%, ibu multipara sebanyak 8,7%, pendidikan PT/Diploma 12,5%, riwayat penggunaan alat kontrasepsi hormonal sebanyak 8,3%, dan memiliki riwayat hipertensi keluarga 6,7%. Disarankan kepada petugas Puskesmas untuk melakukan screening awal adanya hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan cara memantau tekanan darah ibu hamil tiap 2 minggu sekali pada trimester ketiga
