Uji Efikasi Kapsul Pare-Primakuin dan DHP-Primakuin serta Pengaruhnya terhadap Kualitas Hidup Pasien Malaria Falsiparum Tanpa Komplikasi di RSUD Manokwari Tahun 2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek terapi kombinasi obat antimalaria terhadap kualitas hidup pasien malaria falsiparum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental murni (true-experimental). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 pasien penderita malaria di RSUD manokwari. Variable penelitian meliputi karakteristik responden, suhu aksila, hemoglobin, Gametosit (/µL darah), gejala klinis responden, Jumlah Parasit Aseksual dan Gametosit, dan Kualitas Hidup SF-36. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji che-square dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pengobatan kapsul pare-primakuin mempunyai efikasi terhadap malaria falsiparum tanpa komplikasi dengan nilai ITT sebesar 92% dan PP sebesar 100%. Kualitas hidup pasien malaria falsiparum tanpa komplikasi pada pengobatan DHP-P lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan KP-P yang ditinjau dari 8 domain yaitu: fungsi fisik, peran fisik, nyeri tubuh, kesadaran secara umum, vitalitas, sungsi sosial, peran emosional dan kesehatan mental. Kesimpulan yaitu Pengobatan DHP-primakuin lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan kapsul pare-primakuin dengan nilai ITT sebesar 96% dan PP sebesar 100%.
