Edukasi pasien penyakit ginjal kronik penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan mempertahankan pasien tetap dalam kondisi yang stabil. Salah satu edukasi yang dapat diberikan adalah topik terkait diet dan pengaturan pola makan. Tujuan pengabmas adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari edukasi yang diberikan terhadap perubahan tingkat pengetahuan pasien PGK stadium awal. Metode kegiatan adalah edukasi yang diberikan kepada pasien PGK stadium awal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talise. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan simulasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi android KADOic dan pembagian leaflet pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2023. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabmas dilakukan evaluasi untuk menilai pengaruh edukasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dengan memberikan sejumlah pertanyaan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan responden yang diukur dengan uji paired t-test, masyarakat antusias dalam kegiatan penyuluhan. Edukasi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan responden tentang diet pada pasien PGK stadium awal dan pengaturan pola makan.
