Authors who publish with Lentora Nursing Journal retain the copyright ownership of their work. Copyright is not transferred to MEDICA or its publisher. Authors remain the legal copyright holders of their published articles, subject to the terms of the applicable open-access license.

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits users to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and Lentora Nursing Journal, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are indicated. Adapted material must be distributed under the same license.

Authors grant Lentora Nursing Journal a non-exclusive right of first publication, allowing the journal to publish and disseminate the article as its original publication. This arrangement does not transfer copyright ownership from the authors to the journal or its publisher.
