Psikoneuroimunologi (PNI) merupakan keterkaitan antara faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi sistem imunitas tubuh melalui jalur sistem neurologis dan endokrinologis. Mindfulness sebagai latihan fokus untuk menyadari kondisi yang dialami oleh tubuh, pikiran, perasaan dan situasi saat ini serta latihan fokus dalam berpikir sehingga dapat membuat perasaan atau situasi yang tenang. Tujuan: untuk menemukan pengaruh terapi mindfulness terhadap psikoneuroimunologi dengan menggunakan systematic review berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Metode: Scopus, ScienceDirect, Proquest, Pubmed, CINHL dan Springerlink yang telah di publikasi dengan batasan tahun Januari 2013- November 2018. Artikel diidentifikasi menggunakan kata kunci “Mindfulness” AND “Psychoneuroimmunology” OR “Psycho” OR “Neuro” OR “Immunology”. Artikel yang digunakan merupakan penelitian intervensi. Hasil: 24 dari 307 artikel yang ditemukan digunakan dalam systematic review ini. Artikel yang ditinjau menyebutkan bahwa terapi mindfulness memiliki manfaat positif terhadap psikoneuroimunologi. Kesimpulan: Terapi mindfulness dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi non famakologis untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan psikoneuroimunologi.
