Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kinerja perawat tidak terlepas dari komitmen yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing perawat. Setiap perawat yang memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi organisasinya. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja perawat. Metode: Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi (sampel jenuh). Jumlah sampel keseluruhan adalah 198 perawat di Kota Samarinda. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis komponen atau varian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di Puskesmas Kota Samarinda.
