Abstract

Diare masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama pada anak usia sekolah, terutama akibat kurangnya pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang dan kebersihan makanan. Edukasi gizi melalui konsep 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna (4S5S) merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku makan sehat. Meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SD tentang makanan 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna untuk pencegahan diare melalui kegiatan penyuluhan interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 14 Oktober 2024 di SDN 6 Kasiguncu dengan sasaran 45 siswa kelas 4–6. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 45%, dari nilai rata-rata pre-test 40% menjadi 85% pada post-test. Siswa mampu menyebutkan komponen 4S5S dan hubungannya dengan pencegahan diare. Penyuluhan gizi 4S5S efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang gizi seimbang dan pencegahan diare. Disarankan adanya program tindak lanjut dan pendampingan berkelanjutan yang melibatkan orang tua dan guru
